Recent projects
Some of our recent human resources and talent management consulting and contracting projects include:
- Developing an organisational Performance Management framework, a best practice ‘Guide for Managing Employee Performance’ for managers and supervisors, and strategies for building a ‘high performance culture’
- Developing and delivering strategies for effective amalgamation of two merging teams into a ‘shared services’ arrangement (including change management coaching and training and team building workshops)
- Undertaking diagnostic work of a large team experiencing performance and cohesion issues. Developed recommendations designed to solve issues resulting in increased cohesion, motivation and productivity of team
- Performing cultural analysis work to effectively integrate two merging business branches (including focus groups; one-on-one interviews and data analysis). Identifying existing alignments and potential cultural clashes and barriers to effective change. Developed moving-forward strategies and recommendations
- Reviewing organisational recruitment and selection processes and presenting recommendations for improving processes, including a new human resourcing model and improved candidate care arrangements (via report and presentation to executive management)
- Key project role in developing and implementing an organisational competency framework (competency bank; behavioural guides and role profiling methodology). Developed communication plans and change management strategies; transition plans; roll out strategy and methodology; stakeholder analysis)
- HR consultancy services to a fast growing start-up business in the building management services industry
